Resilience
Resilience is the equilibrium that allows us to maintain our core while adapting to change. It's not about rigidity or stubbornness, but about flexibility and strength combined. This adaptive resilience enables us to absorb shocks, learn from challenges, and emerge stronger, much like a tree that bends in the wind without breaking.
We tend to view resilience as a reactive quality, activated only in times of stress. However, it's more accurately described as an ongoing process of self-regulation and adaptation. As we develop our resilience, we may find ourselves viewing challenges not as threats but as chances to evolve and thrive.
