Fundamental Concepts

The compass is built around several core principles, each representing a fundamental aspect of human experience and growth:

E = Consciousness ; Energy: Consciousness is viewed as a fundamental energy that permeates the universe. This energy is dynamic and transformative, influencing and being influenced by the interactions of matter and mind.

ψ (psi) = F = Experience ; Force: Experiences are the forces that shape our reality, much like how force influences motion in physical systems. Indicates that experience acts as a force in shaping our consciousness. Each experience contributes to the overall narrative of our lives, similar to how forces shape the behavior of particles.

ϕ (phi) = m = Identity ; Mass: Identity is seen as the mass that grounds our existence, providing a sense of self and continuity. Just as mass gives substance to physical objects, our identity gives substance to our experiences and actions.

θ (theta) = Intention ; Acceleration: Intention acts as the acceleration that drives our actions and decisions and propel us forward. With clear intention, we can direct our energy and experiences towards desired outcomes, much like acceleration determines the trajectory of a moving object.

t = Awareness ; Time: Awareness is associated with the passage of time, highlighting the importance of being present and conscious in each moment. Time and awareness are intertwined, shaping our perception of reality and our place within it.

d = Opportunity ; Distance: Opportunity is conceptualized as distance, emphasizing the potential and possibilities that lie ahead. By understanding and engaging these opportunities, we can navigate our growth and experiences more effectively.

c = d / t = Engagement ; Speed: Describes engagement as a function of opportunity and awareness, akin to speed. Engagement is the speed at which we interact with our opportunities and experiences. This rate of engagement influences how quickly we can achieve growth and transformation.

I, Inertia = m x (Ec): Relates inertia to mass and energy, indicating the resistance to change.

Axes/Dimensions of Consciousness

The model also incorporates three primary axes, each representing a critical dimension of consciousness:

X-Axis (Awareness): This axis represents the dimension of awareness, encompassing knowledge, presence, and mindfulness.

Y-Axis (Opportunity): This axis signifies opportunity, involving resources, distance, and potential for action. It deals with how we perceive and seize opportunities for growth and engagement.

Z-Axis (Connection): This axis focuses on connection, involving love, light, and the vibrational energy that links us to others and the world. It represents the depth of our relationships and interconnectedness.

Interconnected Field of Attraction & Resonation

This concept suggests that all elements of consciousness are linked through an intrinsic field of attraction and resonance, much like the fundamental forces in physics.

Central Structure: The Layers of Growth

At the core of the model is a series of concentric discs, each labeled with key aspects of growth and experience:

Inner Self (Roots): This foundational layer represents the core of our being, our innermost thoughts, beliefs, and intrinsic nature. It is the starting point for personal growth.

Outer Self (Trunk & Branches): Building upon the inner self, this layer signifies the external expression of our inner beliefs and values. It encompasses our interactions with the world and how we present ourselves.

Experiences (Leaves): These are the manifestations of our interactions and engagements with the world. They are the various realms and arenas where our growth is tested and expanded.

Opportunity: This layer represents the potential for growth and action, highlighting the resources and possibilities available to us.

Engagement: This signifies our active involvement and participation in life's experiences, emphasizing the importance of being present and engaged.

Growth: The central focus of the model, highlighting the ongoing process of developing and evolving.

Experience: The cumulative effect of our actions and engagements, shaping our consciousness.

Contribution: The ways in which we give back and add value to the world, reflecting our growth outward.

Connection: The ultimate goal of growth, signifying the deep bonds and relationships formed through our experiences, culminating in resonation.

Perception of Experience:

The model outlines nine realms of experience, each representing different dimensions and stages of growth:

Being
Belonging
Becoming
Believing
Engagement
Contribution
Creation
Connection
Resonation

Purpose of the Model

The model is designed to help individuals:
-Gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
-Improve their connections with others.
-Clarify their intentions and life goals.
-Enhance their experiences to lead a more fulfilling life.
